What You Need
How It’s Done
In a medium saucepot, melt the butter and saute the onion, bell pepper, and garlic for about 10 minutes. Stir in water, tomato sauce, and dry seasonings. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add shrimp, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve over rice. This recipe serves about four people.
