Melt butter over medium heat in a large saucepan. Add garlic and seasoning, and stir frequently to make sure garlic does not brown. Cook for five minutes. Add, shrimp, and cook for about 2 minutes on each side. Add breadcrumbs and mix well. Immediately serve shrimp in a bowl with plenty of sauce. Peel and eat shrimp, and use French bread to “sop up” the sauce. This dish serves about four people.
