Place cornmeal in a 9 X 13 pan. Add salt and cayenne to your taste, and mix well. Put oysters in seasoned cornmeal, 8 to 10 at a time. Coat oysters well. Fry in oil at 375 degrees for 4-5 minutes. Serve with Cocktail Sauce. To make your own Cocktail Sauce mix 2 cups of ketchup, 1 tbsp prepared horseradish and 2 tsp hot sauce.
