• 2 cups mayonnaise

  • 1-2 cup + 1 tbsp. Creole mustard

  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

  • 6 dashes hot sauce

  • 1/2 tsp. paprika

Mix all ingredients. Serve as a dipping sauce with grilled or fried alligator. You can add shrimp, crabmeat, or crawfish to the dressing and serve as a salad on top of chopped lettuce. This is also Mulate’s house dressing, delicious on salads of any kind!
