Sweet-Hot Deviled Eggs


  • 6 hard boiled eggs

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp. yellow mustard

  • 1/4 tbsp. sweet pickle relish

  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

  • paprika for garnish

Split eggs in half and place yolks in a medium bowl and white halves on a plate. Add remaining ingredients ( except paprika) to yolks, mixing until well blended and smooth. Fill the egg whites with this mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Makes 12
