• 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup Creole Mustard

  • 3 dashes hot sauce

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 cup finely sliced green oinions

  • 1 lb. lump crabmeat, picked over for shells

  • 1 head lettuce, chopped

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except crabmeat and lettuce. Blend well. Fold in crabmeat. Place salad mixture on top of chopped lettuce. Serves 4.
